Steps to Re-enrollment

Re-Enrollment Season has officially begun! The GCA faculty, staff and administration consider it a privilege to partner with our families in educating children with academic excellence and biblical values. With parents as partners, we are preparing students to be ambassadors for Christ and helping them to discover their God-given gifts and talents to be used for His glory.

From January 8, 2024 – February 9, 2024, current GCA families will have the opportunity to apply for priority re-enrollment of their children at a discounted application fee. This protected time period allows you to secure your student’s place on next year’s class roster, upon the acceptance of your child’s application for re-enrollment. After this time, any open seats in a class will be assigned to new students who have successfully completed the application process. We are already experiencing an exceedingly high number of applicants for Fall 2024. It is imperative that you plan in advance for next year and apply to re-enroll your students during this early re-enrollment time period.

Step 1: Click on the link below and complete the Re-enrollment Application Form below (one per student).

Step 2: After receiving an email from GCA administration that your re-enrollment application has been accepted, the admin team will invoice your QuickSchools account for the following:

• Re-Enrollment submitted by February 9, 2024: $125 per student
• After February 9, 2024: $175 per student

*Please note that acceptance for the 2024-2025 school year is conditional upon (1) your student maintaining acceptable academic and conduct standards in this current year; (2) all tuition and fees for the current year being paid in a timely manner; and (3) receipt of first tuition payment and all students fees for the 2024-2025 academic year being tendered on time; and (4) 2024-2025 GCA signed contract.

Step 3: Submit payment of student fees as follows:

• $125 Re-Enrollment fee per student submitted by February 9, 2024 ($175 per student after February 10, 2024)
• $495 per student (Covers a portion of cost of curriculum, technology AND 2024-2025 School Supply Box) – Due by April 1, 2024
• Tuition for the 2024-2025 school year can be found here: Tuition & Fees
• First 2024-2025 Tuition (per family contract) is due June 1, 2024.

The 2024-2025 school year tuition will be invoiced in 12 monthly payments with the first payment beginning June 1, 2024 and ending May 1, 2025.
