Upon acceptance and before the student may attend school, both the student fee and the first month’s tuition must be paid in full. Subsequently, tuition is due in accordance with your chosen payment plan (monthly, semi-annually, annually).

A GCA Tuition Assistance Program may be made available in the future to provide tuition assistance for currently enrolled students that may find themselves in need due to financial hardship such as immediate family illness or parent’s loss of employment. Once this Tuition Assistance Program is established, it will provide tuition assistance to approved students currently enrolled at GCA with all accounts in good standing. Additional fees such as re-enrollment, student fee, lunch and extended care will not be covered by the Tuition Assistance Program.
All Tuition Assistance Program requests will be reviewed by the Tuition Assistance Committee, and the family will be notified of their decision in a timely fashion. A student’s performance and conduct along with the family’s financial need will be considered during each application.
