Tuition & Fees

  • Tuition 2022-2023: The PreK-8th grade tuition for the 2022–2023 school year is listed below. Tuition is payable in 12 monthly payments, by semester or annually. The first payment is due June 1st 2022.
  • Annual Student Fee: $400 per student due by May 1, 2022 or upon acceptance
  • Re-enrollment Fee: $100 per student due by February 15, 2022 OR $150 per student due after February 15, 2022 (non-refundable)

A GCA Tuition Assistance Program may be made available in the future to provide tuition assistance for currently enrolled students that may find themselves in need due to financial hardship such as immediate family illness or parent's loss of employment. Once this Tuition Assistance Program is established, it will provide tuition assistance to approved students currently enrolled at GCA with all accounts in good standing. Additional fees such as re-enrollment, student fee, lunch and extended care will not be covered by the Tuition Assistance Program.

All Tuition Assistance Program requests will be reviewed by the Tuition Assistance Committee, and the family will be notified of their decision in a timely fashion. A student’s performance and conduct along with the family’s financial need will be considered during each application.

The following fees are non-refundable.

NEW STUDENT APPLICATION FEE 

$100 is due after student application is reviewed by the GCA Admissions Committee and family is contacted to begin the admissions process.
This fee will cover the cost of all admissions testing.

STUDENT FEE (ANNUAL)

$400 per student (Due by May 1, 2022 or upon acceptance - covers a portion of the cost of hardback textbooks, disposable workbooks, technology expenses and essential classroom materials) (non-refundable)

RE-ENROLLMENT FEE (ANNUAL)

$100 per student (By February 15, 2022) - (non-refundable)

$150 per student (After February 15, 2022) - (non-refundable)

Upon acceptance and before the student may attend school, both the student fee and the first month’s tuition must be paid in full. Subsequently, tuition is due in accordance with your chosen payment plan (monthly, semi-annually, annually).
