A New, Private School In Franklin, TN

Generations Christian Academy is a private Christian school located in downtown Franklin, serving PreK-11th grade students. GCA is an approved Christian school in the state of Tennessee and a member of the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI). The faith-based Christian emphasis and biblical worldview are an integral part of our academic curriculum. We are currently adding a grade level each year, ultimately offering a complete PreK through High School learning experience with both upper classes and lower classes being provided. Our goal is for our students to feel safe, protected and have a wonderful experience in their school. When we see the children smiling, hugging, laughing and studying diligently, we’re so grateful for God’s guidance and provision for our school. Students come to us from the surrounding communities including Brentwood and Leiper's Fork to enjoy the best in class Christian education and community at Generations Christian Academy.

Lifelong Learning

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” –Jeremiah 29:1

As the world of information expands, critical thinking skills and problem solving abilities are needed to help the child succeed in their life goals. We have a deep commitment to help children discover their interests and nurture healthy curiosity.  We insist on being academically excellent and distinctly Christian. Through this, we are raising the next generation to know and love Jesus Christ. From our curriculum to our teachers, we are excited to offer a Christ-glorifying education experience.

We are excited to offer a learning experience that is distinct from the other schools. Our Lower student/teacher ratio enables us to provide individualized learning plans and tailor instruction to each student in our small classes. We partner with Christian families by offering a biblically saturated curriculum and a classroom environment that reflects traditional Christian virtues.

Challenging Academics

Generations Christian Academy is a religious, mission oriented, educational organization where every employee is responsible to provide the example, training and encouragement to others for practical Christian living in accordance with biblical standards and the basic religious doctrines of historic, evangelical Christian faith.

Student Life

Students participate in extracurricular activities including Cross Country, Basketball, Golf, and Track. Our fine arts curriculum encourages creativity  in the areas of art, music, film, worship and musical instruments. More importantly, we want our students to understand that these gifts are from God and are used in the service of others, not for self-elevation.

Weekly chapel experience, public speaking opportunities, and prayer events help craft a vibrant yet thoughtful student life. In every aspect of our time together, we seek to prepare our students to “be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have” (1 Peter 3:15)

Surrounding Areas

Many students from the surrounding cities call Generations Christian Academy home. Often, parents are driving out from Nashville to work in the suburbs and  we are more conveniently located for the family’s commute. Other times we have parents seeking exactly the high-quality Christian education that sets our school apart. Some of the cities we commonly have students from include:
