Staff and Teachers 

Because GCA is a mission-oriented, Christian educational organization, we believe every employee is part of a team responsible for exemplifying and encouraging other staff and students in their daily Christian living. We work with our team to live and act according to biblical standards and the core doctrines of the evangelical Christian faith in order to inspire others to do the same.From Kindergarten to high school, we work with parents to point children to Christ through each subject. Each of our grades are seen as a treasured discipleship opportunity. As we discuss each of the subjects, we search for ways to encourage a gospel-centered life.

Student Life

Not only does GCA pride itself on academics, we also believe our students should be well-rounded and have fun, too! Students can participate in a variety of extracurricular activities such as sports and fine arts. 

We offer sports such as cross country, track, basketball, and golf. We encourage students to be creative with our fine arts curriculum, which includes music and musical instruments, film, and worship. We believe that all of these talents are gifts from God, and we love to use them to serve others and worship God. 

Worship 

GCA offers weekly chapel experiences, opportunities for public speaking, and a variety of prayer events to encourage spirituality throughout the student body. Our students are well-versed in apologetics, as well, so that they can “be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have” (1 Peter 3:15). We believe our daily lives and interactions with other people are also acts of worship.

There are 19 private schools near Thompsons Station. Nearly 18 percent of Franklin students attend a private school, compared to an average of 10 percent overall throughout the state. You might be surprised to find that there are 28 private schools in all of Williamson County and 55 public schools. Certainly, this is an area that values private school education.

Although there are many schools within driving distance, the commute from Thompsons Station to Franklin is an easy ten miles over Route 31. You won’t have to worry about a lot of stop-and-go traffic for this short commute. It’s just one more great reason to attend GCA.
