Arts are part of the core curriculum at Generations Christian Academy. From Pre-K 1-4 and on up to Kindergarten through Grade 12, our students have many opportunities to explore their creative process, embrace imagination, and cultivate an appreciation for fine arts, entrepreneurship.
GCA athletics promotes teamwork, discipline, and Christlike sportsmanship, encouraging students to compete with excellence while honoring God both on and off the field.
Each member of the Generations Christian Academy community makes valuable contributions to our school’s core values and culture. As a community, our combined partnerships help create an exceptional experience for our students.
Our core values-education that is anchored in Christ, authentic in faith, and aligned in purpose-serves as the foundation for everything we do at Generations Christian Academy. They shape our approach to discipleship, guide our commitment to academic excellence, and define the culture our students experience each day. Together, these values reflect our desire to partner with families in raising students who are grounded in truth, growing in faith, and prepared to live out their God-given calling.
First and foremost, everything we do is grounded in the truth of God’s Word, with Jesus as the foundation for our teaching, decisions, and daily life together. Biblical truth shapes not only what we teach, but how we think, lead, and live. Our desire is that students develop a firm spiritual foundation that remains steady and unshaken in every season of their life.
We cultivate a genuine, lived-out faith that goes beyond routine or surface-level appearance. Students are encouraged to know Christ personally, engage deeply with Scripture, and grow in a real relationship with Him. This authenticity is reflected in their character, choices, and the way they love and serve others.
We partner closely with families to pursue a shared mission rooted in God’s design for each child. Our goal is to provide clarity and direction so students understand who they are in Christ and how they are called to live. Through intentional discipleship and strong academic preparation, we equip students to walk confidently in their God-given purpose.
Faith is woven into everything we do—it’s the foundation of every lesson and interaction.
We equip minds and shape hearts, preparing students for lifelong impact and kingdom purpose.
From academics to worship to athletics, joy and genuine belonging unite our community in every experience.
Guiding every student to live with intention and pursue Kingdom first, leading to what’s next in God’s greater design for their life.
Every student is truly known, loved, and encouraged as they discover who God created them to be.
We honor our heritage while raising up the next generation to boldly fulfill God’s calling.
At Generations Christian Academy, we intentionally create opportunities for students to live out their faith through service, both as a school and within individual classes. We believe following Christ means serving others, and we strive to model His example by teaching students to lead with humility, compassion, and generosity. Each year, our service projects are designed to meet real needs while helping students understand the impact of putting their faith into action. This year, through our “Meals to Missions” initiative, our students helped serve over 10,000 meals to a community in need in Harlan, Kentucky. We were also able to provide meals locally through One Gen Away, supporting families right here in Middle Tennessee. These experiences not only meet tangible needs but also shape our students’ hearts, reminding them that a life rooted in Christ is one marked by service to others.
GCA Ram Jam is one of our favorite traditions each fall—a night set aside for our Generations community to come together in joy, connection, and celebration. Families gather for great food, fun games, bounce houses, and face painting, with a variety of food trucks adding to the festive atmosphere. It’s an evening filled with laughter and energy, where students, parents, and staff can enjoy time together outside of the classroom and build meaningful relationships. These moments create opportunities for new friendships to form and for families to feel more deeply connected to the life of our school. It also gives our community a chance to welcome new families and help them quickly feel at home. More than just an event, Ram Jam reflects the heart of who we are: a Christ-centered community that values fellowship, unity, and doing life together. It’s a time to slow down, connect, and deepen the sense of belonging that makes Generations Christian Academy feel like home.
At Generations Christian Academy, our Entrepreneurship class gives students the opportunity to step into real-world business experiences through our two annual GCA Marketplaces—one before Christmas and one in the spring. These marketplaces are entirely student-driven, with each student creating their own business from the ground up, including developing ideas, designing logos and branding, setting pricing, and producing products to sell. Over the course of two back-to-back days, students engage with real customers, gaining hands-on experience in communication, problem-solving, and financial responsibility. It’s a fun and energetic environment where learning comes to life in a tangible and meaningful way. From 4th grade through high school, students begin to understand the value of a dollar, the reward of hard work, and the responsibility that comes with running a business. We intentionally emphasize integrity, kindness, and excellence in every interaction, ensuring that character is developed alongside skill. Above all, we encourage students to keep Christ at the center, using their gifts and creativity in a way that honors Him and serves others.
